Is this snack worth the room?

When your appetite is small, every snack takes up space. Search a packaged food or type the barcode number, and see how hard it works for you: protein per 100 calories, fiber, added sugar, sodium and how processed it is.

Try “protein bar”, “Greek yogurt” or “jerky”.

How it works for you

Pick a product to see its numbers. We look at what matters most on a small appetite: how much protein you get for the calories, and what comes along with it.

10 g+ protein per 100 kcal: works hard for a small appetite
5–10 g: fine alongside a protein food
Under 5 g: a treat, not a protein source
