Welcome to Imi. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
At a glance
- Imi is a planning tool. Its macros and recipes are not medical advice.
- You own what you save. We only store it to show it back to you.
- Subscriptions renew until you cancel them in your app store.
- You need to be 13 or older to use Imi.
What Imi does
Imi is a nutrition planning tool. We help you build weekly meal plans, organize grocery lists, and prep food more efficiently. The recipes, macros, and recommendations you see in the app are informational — they are not medical, clinical, or therapeutic advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are training competitively.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account, including keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up, and to update it if it changes. You must be at least 13 years old to use Imi.
Your content
You may save recipes, notes, meal plans, and similar content to your account. You own that content. By saving it to Imi, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it back to you so the app can function. We don't claim ownership of your content and we don't sell it.
Acceptable use
Don't use Imi to harass others, scrape data at scale, attempt to break into other accounts, or reverse-engineer the app. Don't upload content that infringes someone else's rights or that is illegal where you live.
Subscriptions and purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles, and refund terms are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date through your app store.
No warranty, limited liability
Imi is provided "as is." We work hard to keep the app accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee that meal plans, macro estimates, or ingredient data are error-free. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to Imi is limited to the amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months (or $50, whichever is greater).
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Imi after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Imi at any time. We can suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the app in a way that harms others or the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Imi is operated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless a different forum is required by consumer protection law in your country.
